No Obligation Inspection
Requesting a free roof inspection through this website creates no obligation to purchase any service. Our technician will inspect your roof and provide an honest assessment of whether a treatment is appropriate. If your roof is not a suitable candidate, we will tell you so.
Eligibility for Treatment
Our treatment is designed for asphalt shingle roofs that are aging but structurally intact. We reserve the right to decline to treat any roof that, in our professional judgment, is not a suitable candidate — including roofs with severe structural damage, active leaks, rotted decking, or insufficient remaining useful life. In such cases, we will explain our findings and may recommend alternatives.
What Our Treatment Does and Does Not Do
Our treatment restores flexibility to dried-out asphalt shingles and helps extend roof life. It is important to understand:
- The treatment is not a sealant and does not repair or seal existing leaks
- It does not structurally repair damaged shingles or decking
- It does not remove existing moss, algae, or biological growth
- Results depend on the current condition of the roof and environmental factors
- The treatment adds up to 5 years of life per application — actual results may vary
Warranty
Each completed treatment includes a 5-year limited transferable warranty. The warranty covers the performance of the treatment itself under normal conditions. Specific terms, exclusions, and transferability details are provided in the written warranty document issued at the time of service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by storms, falling objects, improper repairs, or other events unrelated to shingle deterioration.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time without penalty by calling us at (934) 300-5457. We ask for reasonable advance notice so we can offer the appointment to other homeowners. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions that prevent safe and effective application.
Payment
Pricing is provided prior to any work being performed. No payment is required until after the inspection and you have agreed to proceed with treatment. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Pricing is based on the size and condition of the roof as assessed during inspection.
Your Responsibilities
By scheduling a service appointment, you confirm that:
- You are the property owner or are authorized to approve work on the property
- You will provide reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date
- You have disclosed any known issues with the roof, attic, or structure that may affect our assessment
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LI Roof Renewal's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or the services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
No Guarantee of Roof Longevity
While our treatment is scientifically developed and backed by a 5-year warranty, we cannot guarantee that any specific roof will achieve the maximum potential extension of life. Roof condition, installation quality, climate, and other factors outside our control affect outcomes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk or Nassau County, New York.
